The Hard Rock Cafe is both a Microsoft key account and an innovator when it comes to taking their brand to the web. The developers and designers at Vertigo designed a site with Microsoft Silverlight using the deep zoom feature to create a compelling visual experience of the Hard Rock’s iconic collection of Americana.

Magnet Media produced an original series called “Traditional Media in Transition” (TMIT) that chronicles the challenges and innovations undertaken by leaders in media, entertainment and technology. As a series sponsor, Microsoft requested that Magnet focus one of the episodes on the Hard Rock Café’s use of deep zoom technology on the Silverlight platform. This video was part of that sponsorship.
